Lincoln Center

Dress 1: BCBG Runway, BCBG clutch

Dress 2: Herve Leger, Miu Miu shoes

Dress 3: Stylestalker, Guiseppe Zanotti shoes

Lincoln Center is such a scene. Swarms of street style photographers camp out all day during NYFW waiting to capture bloggers, editors and celebrities making their way into the shows. While some shows and presentations are off-site at studios like Highline or Milk, many are still in the tents at Lincoln. It’s so fun to hang around the steps and people watch. I spotted many of my favorite American and international fashion bloggers, which is my favorite part of fashion week especially since I’ve made so many friends in the blogging world.

Wearing this pink BCBG runway piece was a dream. When I went in for my fitting at the Max Azria headquarters and saw the racks of dresses to choose from, I spotted the rose shade immediately and knew I had to try it on. A little pinning and tucking (thank you, BCBG stylists!) and it fit perfectly. I love how at every angle it looks like a different dress, especially in motion when I walked across Lincoln Center. The black lace corset peeking out from inside gave it just a little edge.

My Herve Leger dress was equally as stunning – I wanted to take it home with me! You just can’t go wrong with a body-con fit in such a unique design. The quality of the Herve runway pieces was so incredible (some of the dresses had heavy metal accents, beading and stitching).

PS: If you’re looking to buy an Herve, check out The Outnet‘s selection before you buy a full-priced dress! I was so excited to discover how many the site stocked – I bought my Herve dresses from the Herve Leger boutique here in LA, but next time will be checking out the Outnet’s selection first.
