You can never have enough LBD’s, especially if the one in question is perfectly fitted with unique detail, like this leather-sleeved Bailey44 dress. The little cap sleeves make it office-appropriate (blazer and pumps please) but the body-con fit and subtle V-neck easily transition it from work to party mode. I added some gold jewelry to the mix and my favorite lace-up heels for some extra detail.
