This is my staple winter outfit for LA – dark leather jacket, booties, big scarf. This gorgeous Parker leather jacket has a quilted knit back, which softens up the look (it can be hard to find leather jackets that aren’t too tough looking). It’s the perfect layering piece and keeps me warm all day. I love the silver metal detailing and buckle at the waist.

I wear my black Frame skinny jeans constantly, so it was only a matter of time before I bought the denim version. The rips are flattering and stay intact. I’ll be wearing them year-round. If you don’t have a plaid scarf for the season yet – get on it! It’s a cliche holiday look but I love extra winter touches, especially in a city that doesn’t get too cold this time of year.Scarves are the best way to add polish to your outfit.  Plus, it’s a great traveling piece.

These photos were shot in and outside Graffiti Cafe in West Hollywood. I loved the all-white space and high ceilings. It’s a great place to work from if you’re looking for a quiet getaway and a good latte.
