I love a good holiday dress, but I like to be different – and that’s when jumpsuits come in handy. A black jumpsuit is foolproof this time of year. It’s chic and cool, conservative enough for most occasions, and cuts your dressing time in half – all you need are shoes.

Since jumpsuits are covering most of the body, I like versions that have small cutouts (like this strapless pick), an open neck or back, or a fun detail. I found this deep-V jumpsuit and this black and white cutout option to stand out. Also loving this beaded jumpsuit (extra holiday sparkle!)

I’ll be wearing this jumpsuit to a handful of holiday events paired with a leather jacket or embellished, printed jacket.
