I had a wonderful time at the Lucky FABB Conference at the Beverly Hills SLS Hotel last week. My favorite part of blogging is the opportunity to connect with other women in the fashion realm, many of whom have become close friends of mine. Spending two days with them was the best way to end my week. I loved hearing keynote speakers Drew Barrymore, Kelly Osbourne, Betsey Johnson and Emily Schuman, being snapped for the magazine, and interviewed on camera for Modamob by one of my favorite hosts, Marianna Hewitt.
Lucky Magazine is all about embracing fun colors and prints, so I wanted to wear something eye-catching that embodied springtime. I chose floral printed shorts and a white leather top, and added my favorite new Theory blazer to add a bit of polish. The result was a playful version of a short-suit (of course, this is only a “suit” you’d be able to pull off working in fashion!) What do you think of this look? Have a great weekend!
